Holiday Nerd Market Vendor Application
The GAAM Holiday Nerd Market will take place Saturday, November 30th and Sunday December 1st), in Aloft Hotel in Tapestry Park (4812 W Deer Lake Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32246)!
This holiday market event focuses on our small business owners, artists, and entrepreneurial nerds. We are grateful for all of you being a part of that!

Deposits & Refund (aka “How it’s Free Policy”)
Spaces are a $50 deposit, per table(which are provided), per day.
Within 7-10 business days of the event’s completion, vendors are privately offered the option to donate a portion of their fees to keep GAAM Good going, or a FULL REFUND. It’s up to you. 💓
That’s right, we’ve been working on this for A WHILE, and this year, we will be able to guarantee refunds, BEFORE any crowdfunding even starts! So thank those sponsors! 😉
Requirements
- Jacksonville/Duval Residents get first priority. If we are unable to fill spots with those local to Duval, we will then expand to Northeast Florida.
- You must to share at least 1 story per week from @HolidayNerdMarket…that isn’t about your business. This is a community event, so you need to support the community. 🙌🏽
- You must collab with @holidayNerdMarket for your featured content and at least 1 other post (don’t worry, we don’t want to clog up your page).
Don’t worry, this doesn’t mean we simply look at who has the most followers to approve vendors.
What we care about is your attitude and willingness to help others, and that you can contribute to the community as a whole.
